二.产品特点/Product features
本款产品采用的是集成锂电管理IC硬件保护板方案,通过集成锂电管理IC串联加功率NMOS组合的管理方式来对电芯的过充、过放、过温保护、断线保护实行精确的控制,并且还具备充放电高低温温度保护功能和充电平衡功能,延长电池寿命。
This products use the integrated Li-ion IC hardware PCM,put integrated Li-ion management IC and NMOS in series to precisely control the over charging over discharging over temperature and sh ort circuit protection.Moreover,it owns charging and discharging protection function for both over an
d below temperature,also owns balance function itself to prolong the battery cells longevity. 2.2.适用范围/Applicable scope
保护板适用于锂电、聚合物电芯使用。PCM suit for the Li-ion ,Ly-Polymer.
保护板最高耐压65V。 Highest voltage for PCM:65V. 2.2.3保护板最大持续工作电流30A。
2.4.1. 本保护板没有配备反充电保护功能,在使用时不要将充电输入反接,否则可能会损坏保护板和电芯。
Don't connect the ports inversely while charging because it has no inversed charging protection
function,or it will broke the PCM and battery cells.
2.4.2. 本产品禁止多个产品进行串联使用。
Prohibit connecting several these PCM in series.
2.4.3. 本产品初次PACK时,可能存在不能放电现象,需用充电器进行充电激活。
The first time to use PCM,perhaps can't discharge,need to activate the charging fuction by charger.
2.4.4. 本产品焊接顺序为B-,B1,B2,…… B+。
The sequence of soldering:B-,B1,B2,…… B+.
2.4.5. 当电池组出现0V情况时,电池性能将严重退化,甚至有可能损坏。为了不损坏电池,用户在长期不使用时需定期充电以补充电量,而在便用时当放完电后需在12小时内及时充电,防止电池组因自耗电而放至0V。
The batteries will be degenerated,even get broken while staying at0V.Chargeing the batteries regularly to add power in case of damaging to them.Charging timely within 12 hours after discharging,prevent the batteries' voltage dropping to 0V.
2.4.6. 接线时做好防静电,防水,防尘的工作;
Mind stactic,water,dust protection while connecting,avoid the collision and extrusion while u sing.
